EOS has secured new US contracts to develop and deliver remote weapon systems for the US Army and Northrop Grumman’s Agnostic Gun Truck, supporting ongoing programmes and counter-drone applications. Progress is also being made on its conditional Korean high energy laser contract, with a pathway to convert it to an unconditional agreement, subject to key conditions.
EOS has secured two new unconditional orders for counter‑drone systems with a total value of US$45m, comprising a Slinger Remote Weapon System order and a separate order secured by EOS Defence Systems USA.
On 6 February 2026, Electro Optic Systems officially opened its new high energy laser weapon facility in Singapore, establishing a regional hub for the manufacturing, integration and testing of 100 kW-class high energy laser capability for regional and international customers. The site marks a significant step in EOS’ global growth strategy and long-term commitment to Singapore’s defence science and technology ecosystem.
