COST TO EMPLOYEES

Vacation
Available for regular full-time, modified full-time employees. Employees accrue 10 days per year.

80 hours accrued at 3.462 hours per pay period.  (2 weeks)

Carry over limit is 360 hours

(9 weeks)

Paid Time Off
Available for regular full-time, modified full-time employees, Employees accrue 10 days per year.

Available for regular full-time, modified full-time and part-time employees.

Work Hours
9/80 Work Week with every other Friday off

 

9 hours per day for 8 days, 8 hours for one day = 80 hours per bi-weekly pay period

(This gives each employee an additional 26 days off per year)

401(k)
Plans are administered by Vanguard. Traditional and Roth 401(k)

Employees may contribute in accordance with IRS contribution limits.  EOS will match 100% of the employee contributions up to the first 4% of salary and 50% on the next 2% of contributions.  A 6% investment by employees earns a 5% match.

Profit Sharing may be provided at the end of the year at discretion of  Executive Management.

 

The employee is immediately vested.
Tuition Reimbursement Program
EOS will pay up to $4,000 per calendar year for college courses and certification programs directly related to your job. Classes must be pre-approved by manager and supervisor.

Repayment made based on grade received from class.

Covers tuition, books and fees.

 Upon management approval and successful completion of course. Company will pay up to $4000 per year.

Provided through BCBS of Alabama

 

Employee pays co-pays for day-to-day services, but co-pays do not apply to deductibles.

Provides beneficiary with 1x annual salary up to $200,000 maximum. Coverage begins the first day of first full month of employment. 100% Paid by EOS

 

Short-Term Disability
Full-Time Employee Covers 60% of current base salary up to $2,000.00 a week up to 24 weeks. On the 15th day of continuous absence due to accident or sickness.

Long-Term Disability
Full-Time Employee Covers 60% of current monthly salary up to $7500.00. Effective after 180 days of continuous absence due to a disabling accident or illness on or off the job.
